Kettlebell & Agility


WITH Brendan Vorobiev

This class will introduce you to the many exercises and techniques used with kettlebells. It is open to all levels of kettlebell users. Agility exercises are included to improve endurance and speed.

Butts & Guts


WITH Michelle Allen

Get ready for a high intensity class focusing on your obliques, abs, and every muscle you have from the waist down! You are going to sweat, be sore, and discover muscles you didn’t even know you had!

Coach’s Choice


WITH Argenta Matuszak

Step into this class not knowing what to expect. Coach may include any combination of cardio, dumbbells, kettlebells, core, barbells, Tabata, circuits, sleds, TRX, workouts with the rig, ropes and more. The gym is our playground. All levels welcome and encouraged! The workouts are always modifiable!

Cycle Burn


WITH Argenta Matuszak

This class is cycling mixed with constantly varied movements incorporating cardio, endurance, and weights. Individuals will have the option to cycle throughout the entire class if they wish.

Dynamic Stretching


WITH EDDIE Brooks

Dynamic stretching involves making active movements that stretch the muscles to their full range of motion. These exercises often simulate functional movements and help prime the body for more intense training.

Football Boot Camp

Mix up your weekend workout with our hybrid Saturday class! Each session is a little different as we combine multiple styles of exercise: weight training, body weight exercises, core exercises, and more.

HIIT To Get Fit

This class will provide exercises to assist with the many aspects of fitness. So, if you want to lose weight, get that toned body, build muscle or all of the above this class is for you.

Kettlebell


WITH Julie Akin

This kettlebell workshop will introduce you to the many exercises and techniques used with kettlebells. It is open to all levels of kettlebell users. Emphasis will be on proper form and technique for the safe use of kettlebells to avoid injury.

Jabs & Abs


WITH EDDIE BROOKS

Join this class like no other class offered during the week. Kickboxing mixed with ab workouts to bring you the BEST Jabs & Abs class. This class will guide you through skilled boxing and kickboxing techniques while incorporating exercises to keep the abs right & tight.

Make It Hot


WITH Eddie Brooks

This class is focused on a total body workout with a focus on the use of weights and body weight to sculpt your body. So get ready to work hard and sculpt that HOT body you are striving for!

Muscle Monday


WITH BRENDAN VORObiEV

This class is focused on upper body, as well as core and total body movements. We will incorporate all types of equipment from weights, body weight, medicine balls and much more! This class will be timed intervals, so get ready to work hard against the clock!  

Shred It


WITH Argenta Matuszak

This is a full body workout. We perform a combination of full body integrated movement patterns as well as isolation exercises to strengthen and tone your body. We also sprinkle in cardio to drive the heart rate up!

Spin


WITH Erin Gregoire

This 45-minute cycling class will give you a total body workout. We believe in 3 fundamentals: good bikes, good instructors, and good music. We guarantee you will leave this class feeling stronger and empowered for the rest of the day.

Turn Up Thursday

This tabata style class will provide exercises to assist with the many aspects of fitness. So, if you want to lose weight, get that toned body, build muscle or all of the above this class is for you.
